Confirmation & Acceptance Letter
I need a letter of confirmation stating that I will attend the workshop and/or present my work. Where can I get this letter?

Poster / Blitz Talk Requirements
Poster
- Date & Time Slot: The poster session will be held during the lunch break on the 28th of November, from 11:00 to 13:00.
- The maximum poster dimensions are 120 cm (height) x 97 cm (width).

Blitz Talk
- Dates: Either the 27th or the 28th November
- Time slot: 13:00 to 14:10
- Duration: Your talk should be no longer than 8 minutes, followed by a Q&A session of 3-4 minutes.
- Please bring your slides on a USB stick. Alternatively, you may share it with us via email or cloud storage. We strongly advise you to share your presentation with us in advance.
Important: If you are unable to give your talk or if you have a specific date you cannot present, please let us know as soon as possible. Your precise time slot will be communicated later. If you need a confirmation of poster / talk acceptance (e.g., for a travel grant application), feel free to reach out to ekaterina.pronizius@univie.ac.at, and she’ll be happy to provide it.

Where to stay
These are some hotel suggestions are close to the workshop:
- The cheapest individual room near the campus is the Roxi Residence. Prices for a single bed start at 83.60 euros/night.
